Teressa Claire "Tress" MacNeille (née Payne; born June 20, 1951) is an American actress and voice actress who is well-known for her various roles in numerous animated TV shows and films, such as Babs Bunny from Tiny Toon Adventures, Dot Warner from Animaniacs, Agnes Skinner from The Simpsons, Charlotte Pickles from Rugrats, and Colleen from Road Rovers.
